When contacting support, please include your device model, iOS version, app version, and a short description of the issue.

Camera Access

ColorPicker needs camera access to sample colors from the live camera preview. If the live preview is unavailable, check that camera permission is enabled in your device settings.

Photo Access

ColorPicker uses the system photo picker when you choose an image for sampling. If image selection is unavailable, check that photo library access is allowed for the app.

Color Accuracy

Sampled colors can vary because of lighting, shadows, camera exposure, display calibration, reflections, image compression, and device camera differences. The app is intended for practical color reference and comparison, not calibrated laboratory measurement.

Copying Color Values

Tap a color value to copy it to the clipboard. You can adjust which formats are shown in the app's color value settings.

Privacy

Camera frames and selected photos are processed on your device for color sampling. They are not uploaded, stored on Service Provider servers, or shared for advertising.
