Contact Support

When contacting support, please include your device model, iOS version, app version, and a short description of the issue.

Location Access

CarFinder uses location access while you use the app to save your parking position and show your distance from the saved spot. If location is unavailable, enable location permission for CarFinder in Settings and try saving the location again.

Finding Your Car

After saving a parking spot, open the Find tab to view the saved location, distance, spot details, and photo. Tap Navigate to open the saved position in Apple Maps for walking directions.

Photos

You can take a photo of your parking spot or choose an existing image from your photo library. Photos are stored on your device with the saved parking session.

Reminders

Timed reminders use local notifications. If you do not receive a reminder, check that notification permission is enabled for CarFinder and that the reminder time is still in the future.

Privacy

Parking sessions, notes, saved coordinates, and photos are stored on your device. They are not uploaded to Spitzwerk Studio servers or shared for advertising.
