When contacting support, please include your device model, iOS version, app version, and a short description of the issue.

Location Access

TransitTag needs location access to run location-based tag games, show player positions, check win-location proximity, and keep tracking active while a game is in progress. If the map or game tracking does not work, check that location permission is enabled in your device settings.

Some game modes need background location access so tracking can continue when the app is not visible.

Notifications

TransitTag uses notifications for game events such as tags, timers, warnings, and power-up updates. If you do not receive alerts, check that notifications are enabled for TransitTag in your device settings.

Multiplayer and iCloud

Multiplayer games use Apple's iCloud CloudKit service to create, join, sync, and update games between players. Make sure you are signed in to iCloud and have network access if multiplayer games do not sync correctly.

Privacy

Spitzwerk Studio does not sell your data or use advertising trackers. TransitTag uses location, notifications, and Apple's iCloud CloudKit service only for app functionality.
